Dentistry at the St. Charles announces the Renemans’ as new partners

Dentistry at the St. Charles welcomes two new dentists, Dr. Nick Renemans and Dr. Chelsey Roberts Renemans, as partners in the dental practice.  The Renemans’ received their Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degrees from Creighton University School of Dentistry and have been practicing dentistry in Pierre since July, 2009.
The Renemans’ are accepting new patients at this time.  With the addition of two new dentists, waiting time for appointments at Dentistry at the St. Charles has decreased and more quality care can be provided through preventative and restorative dentistry and cosmetic procedures, making the patients happier, healthier and more beautiful.
“This is a great opportunity for us to work with an experienced dentist, like Dr. James Szana, in a known and respected dental practice,” Dr. Chelsey Roberts Renemans said.  “We are very happy to be practicing dentistry in my home town of Pierre.”
The Renemans’ and their entire office staff, know that to feel confident in one's smile, healthy teeth and gums are a necessity. They want to help patients achieve that confidence.  Whether through general dental procedures or cosmetic dentistry such as teeth straightening with Invisalign or traditional braces, teeth whitening, crowns, bridges, porcelain veneers, bonding, implants, dentures, partials, extractions, tooth colored fillings and root canals, the Renemans’ will take the time to listen, and to answer all questions.  They will make dental visits into relaxing, pain-free experiences, so that patients can celebrate a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums and enjoy the smile of their dreams.
“We have implemented some new techniques at Dentistry at the St. Charles,” said Dr. Nick  Renemans.  “We have installed newer, safer digital X-rays and Chelsey and I are certified providers of Zoom! Chairside teeth whitening system and Invisalign.”
As shown on ABC’s Extreme Makeover, Zoom! is a bleaching process that lightens discoloration of enamel and dentin by an average of up to eight shades with the use of the Zoom! lamp.  The complete procedure takes about an hour in the office.  The Invisalign® system is the virtually invisible way to straighten your teeth by using a series of clear aligners custom-made for your teeth.  Each aligner is worn for about two weeks before being replaced by the next in the series, until the final position of your teeth is achieved.
Regardless of your needs, Dr. Nick Renemans, Dr. Chelsey Roberts Renemans, and Dr. James Szana, will ensure their patients always receive the latest, most effective treatments possible.
Dentistry at the St. Charles is a family practice that serves adults, kids, and teens in the central South Dakota area.  They are dedicated to quality patient care and a positive dental experience for their patients.  Their office is located at 207 East Capitol, Suite 201, Pierre and their telephone number is 605-224-2161.  (Toll free number:  888-224-2161)

Creating Beautiful Smiles
Since July, a young couple has made Pierre their home and dentistry their business.  Dr. Nick Renemans and Dr. Chelsey Roberts Renemans are two new partners at Dentistry at the St. Charles.  The couple graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry with degrees in dental surgery. They are enjoying their work and the community.
“It’s rewarding. That’s for sure,” Nick Renemans said. “Not everyone is excited to see the dentist. You hear that every day. But it goes with the territory."
“Pierre’s been great. Even the surrounding area’s been great. Seeing people make the effort to drive when it’s bad out to see us — I can’t thank them enough for that.”
Nick Renemans, 27, a Casper, Wyo., native said he and his wife discussed moving to Pierre, where Chelsey’s family lives, or Wyoming once they were ready to practice.  “We met at dental school and my whole family is from Pierre,” Chelsey said. “We like the community, the size of the town.”

Chelsey Renemans, 28, said her interest in dentistry stems from early experience with the field.  “I had a lot of dental work done,” she said.
The two join Dr. James Szana in the second-floor St. Charles office.
Chelsey said she and Nick are trained in Invisalign braces and the office offers one-hour teeth whitening with a specialized lamp.  “In an hour, it can make teeth eight shades lighter,” she said.  The office offers digital X-rays that expose patients to a tenth of the radiation normal X-rays do.
Nick said the new partners are focused on business at hand but have long-term goals as well.  “We want to eventually expand the practice, for now though it’s curing one tooth at a time,” he said.
